Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Debie, and I am a pure- bred IT diva. Please read on.
(Warning: heaps of techy, geeky IT jargon to follow!)
I am a Platform and Security Engineer with extensive experience managing products such as Windows 10, Windows Server 2008/2012/2016, O365, Azure(Hybrid),Windows Exchange, SCCM,etc. I am well-versed in Datacenter (Infrastructure/Azure) management with experience in supporting 500+ users (and counting!) within company settings. On top of this, I have also supported Enterprise Account Managers of Microsoft teams focused on Modern Workplace(M365) and Azure(IaaS & PaaS).
My technical training consist of a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering and training certifications in IT-specialised areas such as AZ-900 and AZ-103. Because of my passion for IT, I was also awarded a Microsoft Apprenticeship in 2018 focusing on M365, PowerBI and Azure.
I specialise in Cloud Data Centre and Infrastructure, platform and network security, MS and Windows Servers, Symantec Endpoint Protection and backup Solutions, web and software development, and computer end-user technical support.
I have provided ongoing support to numerous clients in both company and small office settings.
Simply put, I know my stuff and I am good at it. NO job is too big or too small and I focus on supporting your technical aka computer support needs WHEN you need it.
